Wis. Admin. Code ATCP § 5-301.11

Section 5-301.11 - Approved

Materials that are used in the construction of a mobile water tank, MOBILE FOOD ESTABLISHMENT water tank, and appurtenances shall be:

(A) Safe; ^P

(B) Durable, CORROSION-RESISTANT, and nonabsorbent; and

(C) Finished to have a SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE surface.
