Section 11-302.11 - Delivery of Foods(A) Protection. FOODS, including BEVERAGES and ingredients, in transit to VENDING MACHINE LOCATIONS shall be protected from the elements, dirt, dust, insects, rodents, and other contamination. Similar protection shall be provided for SINGLESERVICE containers and for the product contact surfaces of equipment, containers, and devices in transit to machine locations.(B) FOOD temperatures. Readily perishable FOODS, including BEVERAGES and ingredients, in transit to vending machine locations shall be maintained at a temperature of not more than 41°F (5°C.) or at a temperature of not less than 135°F.
