Section 11-301.11 - Food Protection(A) Source. (1) Except as specified in (2), TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD for VENDING MACHINES shall be obtained from a FOOD PROCESSING PLANT or other APPROVED source according to LAW, that is regulated by the FOOD regulatory agency that has jurisdiction over the plant P(2) LICENSED FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS or other establishments APPROVED by the DEPARTMENT may prepare, PACKAGE, stock and replenish VENDING MACHINES located on their PREMISES.P(B) Packaging. TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD offered for sale through VENDING MACHINES shall be dispensed to the CONSUMER in the individual original container or wrapper into which it was placed at the manufacturer's or processor's plant, except the following: (1) FOODS with natural protective coverings which are not ordinarily eaten with the FOOD, need not be wrapped or be in containers;(2) FOODS dispensed into APPROVED SINGLE-SERVICE ARTICLES inside the VENDING MACHINE immediately prior to delivery to the customer need not be wrapped or be in covered containers.Wis.
