Section 10-203.11 - Enclosure of Kitchen(A) With the exception of ¶ (B) of this section, UTENSIL washing and FOOD preparation, except for final assembly and service, shall be effectively enclosed or screened.(B) Cooking and heating devices shall be effectively separated or enclosed in order not to be accessible to the public.Wis.
