Section 10-103.11 - Food Employee Handwashing(A) Adequate FOOD EMPLOYEE handwashing facilities shall be provided as specified in § 5-203.11.(B) When water under pressure is not available, handwashing facilities shall consist of a covered insulated container of at least five gallon capacity with a nonself-closing spigot or valve that allows a continuous flow of water over the hands.Wis.
