Section 91-4-2 - Application and Enforcement2.1. Application- This rule applies to the examination of applicants for driver licenses and the issuance and renewal of driver's licenses and identification cards.2.2. Enforcement- Enforcement of this rule is vested with the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles or the Commissioner's lawful designee.
