1.1. Scope. -- This rule establishes the procedures for the examination of applicants for driver's licenses and the issuance of driver's licenses.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code §§ 17A-2-9, 17B-2-7, 17B-2-15 and 17E-1-18.1.3. Filing Date. - April 3, 2023.1.4. Effective Date. - May 1, 2023.1.5. Sunset Provision. - This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect August 1, 2028.
