Section 56-3-52 - Quarterly Report by Operator52.1. The operator of every surface mine shall, on or before the end of each quarter, file with the director a report covering the preceding quarter on forms furnished by the director.52.2. Such reports shall state the number of accidents which have occurred, the number of persons employed, the days worked and the actual tonnage mined, on each permit issued by OMHST.
