Section 56-3-46 - Duties of Persons Subject to this Rule; Rules and Regulations of Operators46.1. It shall be the duty of the operators, mine foremen, supervisors, mine examiners, and other officials to comply with and to see that others comply with the provision of this rule.46.2. It shall be the duty of all employees to comply with this rule and to cooperate with management and OMHST in carrying out the provisions hereof.46.3. Reasonable rules and regulations of an operator for the protection of employees and preservation of property that are in harmony with the provisions of this rule shall be complied with.46.3.1. Reasonable rules and regulations shall be printed on cardboard or in book form in the English language;46.3.2. Posted at some conspicuous place about the mine or mines; and46.3.3. Given to each employee upon request.
