Section 56-3-41 - When Respiratory Equipment to be Worn; Control of Dust41.1. Workers exposed for short periods to gas, dust, fume, and mist inhalation hazards shall wear permissible respiratory equipment.41.2. Dust shall be controlled by the use of permissible dust collectors or other approved methods.
