Section 192-3-4 - Qualifications for Interpreters
4.1. Certified Interpreters. -- All certified interpreters in good standing with their certifying organization and RID shall be recognized as qualified by the commission.
4.2. State Certified Interpreters. -- Interpreters certified by another state will be recognized as qualified.
