Section 150-7-9 - Safety Requirements9.1. Accidents. -- A utility shall keep a record of every accidental happening in connection with the operation of its plant, station, property, and equipment, whereby any person is killed, or seriously injured, or any property damaged or destroyed, with full statement of the cause of the accident, and the precautions taken to prevent similar accidents in the future.
