An Academic Board is designated by The Adjutant General and consists of The Adjutant General, Assistant Adjutant General (Army), Deputy STARC Commander, Chief of Staff, POTO, DCSPA, WVMA Commandant, Senior Army Advisor, and each VWARNG major organizational commander. The Training Administrator of the WVMA will serve as the recorder for the Academic Board and is designated as a member without vote.
