Section 126-1-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- This interpretative policy defines the working relationship between the West Virginia Board of Education and the West Virginia Board of Regents in administering and conducting programs of vocational education in this state.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code '18-2B-2.

1.3. Filing Date. -- December 27, 1982.

1.4. Effective Date. -- February 25, 1983.
