Section 51-50-0505 - Section 0505-Mezzanines and equipment platforms
505.1General.Mezzanines shall comply with Section 505.2. Equipment platforms shall comply with Section 505.3.

EXCEPTION:

Lofts in Group R occupancy dwelling units and sleeping units shall be permitted to comply with Section 420.14, subject to the limitations in Section 420.14.1.
