Section 480-90-158 - Service connections(1) The gas utility must furnish, install, and maintain piping and other fittings to the customer's piping up to the point of delivery. The point of delivery is at the outlet of the meter or at the connection to a customer's piping, whichever is farther downstream.(2) The customer may be required to pay for or install any service connection such as pipes and fittings in compliance with the gas utility's standards and filed tariff(s). The service piping and fittings up to the point of delivery will become the property of the utility, which must accept all responsibility for future maintenance and operations in accordance with its filed tariffs.Wash.
