Section 480-108-110 - Required filings - Exceptions(1) The electrical company must file for commission approval, as part of its tariff, and maintain on file for inspection at its place of business, the charges, terms and conditions for interconnections pursuant to Part 2 of this chapter. Such filing must include model forms of the following documents and contracts: (b) Feasibility Study Agreement;(c) System Impact Study Agreement;(d) Facilities Study Agreement;(e) Construction Agreement;(f) Interconnection Agreement; and(g) Certificate of Completion.(2) The commission may grant such exceptions to these rules as may be appropriate in individual cases.Wash.
