Section 456-09-742 - Recording devices(1) All hearings will be recorded by manual, electronic, or other recording device.(2) Photographic and recording equipment of others will be permitted at hearings; however, the presiding officer may impose such conditions upon their use as deemed necessary to prevent disruption of the hearing, or when a statute or law limits such use.Wash.
