Section 456-09-740 - Testimony under oath(1) Every person testifying before the board must swear or affirm in any manner allowed in chapter 5.28 RCW that the person's testimony will be truthful.(2) Every interpreter will take an oath affirming that the interpreter will make a true interpretation to the person being examined in a language or in a manner which the person understands, and that the interpreter will repeat the statements of the person being examined to the board, in the English language, to the best of the interpreter's skill and judgment.Wash.
