Section 388-835-0755 - Can a provider disagree with a final settlement report?

A provider has thirty days after receiving a final settlement report to contest it (see WAC 388-835-0950 and 388-835-0955 ). After thirty days, if the final settlement report has not been contested, it cannot be reviewed.
