Section 388-835-0080 - What if an ICF/ID facility is closed?

(1) When a facility plans to close, it must notify the department, in writing, at least one hundred and eighty days before the date of closure.

(2) Upon receipt of a notice of closure, the department must stop referring individuals to the facility and begin the orderly transfer of its residents.
