Section 388-828-4060 - What subscales are contained in the support needs scale?

The support needs scale contains the following sub-scales:

(1) Home living activities;

(2) Community living activities;

(3) Health and safety activities;

(4) Lifelong learning activities;

(5) Work activities;

(6) Social activities; and

(7) Advocacy activities.
