Section 388-828-4000 - What is the supports intensity scale (SIS) assessment?

The supports intensity scale assessment is a standardized tool developed by the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD), to measure the relative intensity of support needs for persons age sixteen and older.
