Section 388-825-655 - How will someone know if they have been disqualified by the background check?(1) The department will notify the person, and the care provider, the employer, or the licensor if the person has been disqualified by the background check. The notice will be in writing and will include any laws and rules that require disqualification.(2) If the department sends the person a notice of disqualification, the person will not receive a license, contract, certification, or be authorized to have unsupervised access to individuals with a developmental disability.Wash.
