Section 388-818-0230 - May clients return purchased telecommunications equipment?

(1) A client may return purchased telecommunications equipment to TAS within thirty days after receiving the equipment.

(2) A client must receive a financial refund for the equipment if it was returned:

(a) In clean and good condition;

(b) In its original packaging; and

(c) Within the required time frame.
