Section 388-818-0220 - When is telecommunications equipment owned by the client?

Telecommunications equipment is owned by the client when the client or the parent/legal guardian:

(1) Pay any portion of the equipment's cost; and
(2) Sign a "Statement of Rights and Responsibilities" form upon receiving the equipment.
