Section 388-148-1650 - How do I appeal the decision of the office of administrative hearings' administrative law judge?(1) The decision of the administrative law judge is the final decision of the department unless you or the department files a petition for review with DSHS board of appeals within twenty-one calendar days after the administrative law judge's decision is mailed to the parties.(2) The procedure for requesting or responding to a petition for review with the board of appeals is described in WAC 388-02-0560 through WAC 388-02-0635.(3) We will not appeal decisions made by the board of appeals.(4) If you disagree with the board of appeals, you may file a petition in Superior Court and ask for further review.
