Section 388-147-1385 - What children may I serve?(1) Foster homes that you certify as meeting our licensing requirements may accept children only from: (a) Your child-placing agency; or(b) A different child-placing agency or the department if there is an agreement written in advance between your child-placing agency and the other child-placing agency/department specifying the criteria and conditions for placement of the children.
