Section 388-76-10925 - Disclosure of inspection and complaint investigation reports(1) The department will make copies available to the public, subject to applicable public disclosure and confidentiality requirements, of: (a) Inspection and complaint investigation reports as soon as they are completed; and(b) Any final written decision by the department to take an enforcement action.(2) Upon request, the department will provide the public with copies of the home's plan of correction if a copy is available at the time of the request.Wash.
