Section 388-76-10920 - Inspection and investigation reports - Provided by department

The department will mail or hand deliver the department's report to the adult family home:

(1) Within ten working days of completion of the inspection process; or
(2) Within ten calendar days of completion of the inspection if the home does not have a deficiency.
