All graduates of medical schools outside the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico must satisfy one of the following requirements:
(1) Held a full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in another state prior to 1958;(2) Obtained a certificate with an indefinite status granted by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG); or(3) Successfully completed one year of supervised academic clinical training in the United States, commonly referred to as a Fifth Pathway program.Wash.
