Section 246-215-05255 - Location and placement-Handwashing sinks (FDA Food Code 5-204.11)

A HANDWASHING SINK must be located:

(1) To allow convenient use by EMPLOYEES;
(2) Within twenty-five feet, or as APPROVED, of FOOD preparation, FOOD dispensing, and WAREWASHING areas; and
(3) In, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms.
