Section 9VAC25-870-146 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2024] Authority and applicabilitySubdivision A 1 of § 62.1-44.15:28 of the Code of Virginia requires that the board establish standards and procedures for administering a VSMP. In accordance with that requirement, and with the further authority conferred upon the department by the Virginia Stormwater Management Act, this part specifies the procedures the department will utilize in authorizing a VSMP authority to administer a VSMP.9 Va.
