The definition of airports of regional significance is for the purposes stated within this rule and should not be construed to apply to similar definitions for federal purposes or for another purpose under the Utah Code. A current list of airports included on the NPIAS may be obtained through the Federal Aviation Administration's website, www.faa.gov, or by contacting the Utah Department of Transportation Division of Aeronautics.
