For the purposes authorized in Title 59, Chapter 12, Part 6, Tourism, Recreation, Cultural, Convention, and Airport Facilities Tax Act, all airports identified by the Federal Aviation Administration on the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) are defined by the commission as airports of regional significance.
