Section R590-190-5 - Misrepresentation of Policy Provisions(1) An insurer and its representatives shall fully disclose to a first party claimant any pertinent benefit, coverage, or other provision of a policy under which a claim is presented.(2) An insurer is prohibited from denying a claim based on a first party claimant's failure to make the property available for inspection unless there is documentation of a breach of a policy provision in the claim file.Utah Admin.
