Section R547-15-2 - Definitions(1) "Average Nightly Count" means the average number of youths enrolled at midnight in a program for a specified time period.(2) "Lapsing funds" means funds unspent during a fiscal year that are not designated as non-lapsing.(3) "Out-of-home placements" means division programs consisting of: (a) "Detention" as defined in Subsection 80-1-102(19);(b) "Secure Care" as defined in Subsection 80-1-102(64); and(c) "Community-based program" as defined in Subsection 80-1-102(12)Utah Admin.
