Section R512-2-3 - Title IV-E Foster Care, Prevention, and Permanency

Child and Family Services adopts the following federal requirements applicable to Title IV-E Foster Care, Prevention, and Permanency :

(1) The Public Health and Welfare, 42 USC 670, 671, 672, 673, 673b, 674, 675, 675a, 676, 677, 679, 679b, 1320a-2, 1320a-2a, and 1320a-9 as amended by Public Law 116-260 (December 27, 2020), incorporated by reference; and

(2) Public Welfare, 45 CFR Parts 1355 (May 12, 2020) and 1356 (June 2, 2016), incorporated by reference.
