Section R152-2-4 - Title IV-E Administrative Hearings(1) An individual whose claim for benefits under the Title IV-E plan is denied or not acted upon with reasonable promptness may be granted a fair hearing.(2) The request for a fair hearing shall be submitted in writing to Child and Family Services.(3) Fair hearing requests for adoption assistance shall meet the requirements specified in Rule R512-43.Utah Admin. Code R152-2-4
