Section R510-401-7 - Reporting(1) Each local area agency shall collect and maintain information relating to the USCP in the format specified by the division.(2) Each local area agency shall provide information to the division when requested.(3) Each local area agency shall record the activities and decisions of each caregiver advisory council.
