Section R410-14-23 - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), and Intermediate Care Facility for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) Hearings

Pursuant to 42 CFR 431, Subpart D, DIH shall provide an appeals hearing procedure for SNFs, ICFs or ICF/IDs.

DIH shall conduct the informal hearing pursuant to this rule and the requirements of 42 CFR 431.153 and 42 CFR 431.154.
