Section R392-105-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is authorized under Sections 26-1-5 and 26-15-2, and Subsections 26-15b-105(2) and 26-1-30(23).(2) This rule establishes minimum standards for the sanitation, operation, and maintenance of an agritourism food establishment, as defined by this rule, and, to safeguard public health and ensure that food is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented, provides for the prevention and control of health hazards associated with an agritourism food establishment.Utah Admin.
