Section R380-67-4 - Code Blue Alert Communication(1) The department shall compile a code blue alert message with information provided by the Office of Homeless Services and the provisions that shall be in effect during the code blue alert as defined in Section 35A-16-703.(2) Code blue alert message shall include the duration of the code blue alert.(3) The department shall disseminate the code blue alert electronically, no less often than every 48 hours, to those entities listed in Subsection 35A-16-702(1).(4) Municipalities affected by a code blue alert shall comply with provisions listed under Section 35A-16-703.Utah Admin.
