Section R380-67-3 - Identification of a Code Blue Event(1) The department shall monitor and evaluate forecast data provided by the National Weather Service for identifying a code blue event.(2) A code blue event applies only to municipalities in a county of the: (a) first class with a population of 50,000 or more;(b) second class with a population of 15,000 or more;(c) third class with a population of 2,500 or more; and(d) fourth class with a population of 1,500 or more.Utah Admin.
