Section R315-301-6 - Protection of Human Health and the Environment(1) The management of solid waste shall not present a threat to human health or the environment.(2) Any contamination of the ground water, surface water, air, or soil that results from the management of solid waste which presents a threat to human health or the environment shall be remediated through appropriate corrective action.Utah Admin.
