Section R315-273-31 - Standards for Universal Waste Management, Standards for Large Quantity Handlers of Universal Waste - ProhibitionsA large quantity handler of universal waste is:
(a) Prohibited from disposing of universal waste; and(b) Prohibited from diluting or treating universal waste, except by responding to releases as provided in Section R315-273-37; or by managing specific wastes as provided in Section R315-273-33.Utah Admin. Code R315-273-31
