Section R315-262-215 - Alternative Requirements for Hazardous Waste Determination and Accumulation of Unwanted Material for Laboratories Owned by Eligible Academic Entities - Unwanted Material that Is Not Solid or Hazardous Waste(a) If an unwanted material does not meet the definition of solid waste in Section R315-261-2, it is no longer subject to Sections R315-262-200 through 216 or to Rules R315-260 through 266, 268, or 270. (b) If an unwanted material does not meet the definition of hazardous waste in Section R315-261-3, it is no longer subject to Sections R315-262-200 through 216 or to Rules R315-260 through 266, 268, or 270, but shall be managed in compliance with any other applicable regulations and/or conditions.
