Section R277-920-13 - Exit Criteria for a Schools in Critical Needs Status and Elevate Schools(1) A school in critical needs status may exit critical needs status as described in the ESSA state plan.(2) An elevate school may exit after successful completion of four years participating in the implementation of a continuous improvement cycle, including working with the elevate school's continuous improvement expert.Utah Admin.
