Section R68-4-5 - Authority to Issue Certificates(1) No person, firm, corporation, or association is permitted to issue, classify, or sign certificates covering the grade of farm products when the farm products have been officially standardized, except as provided by law and only by a person properly qualified, licensed, and designated by the department and approved and licensed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Agricultural Marketing Service -Specialty Crops Inspection Division.Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2022-16, effective 8/1/2022
