Section R68-4-4 - Prohibited Sale(1) It is unlawful to sell or offer for sale in Utah any fruits or vegetables in bulk or in containers that contain more than 10% by count or weight of plant pest injury or serious defects of a progressive nature that has penetrated or damaged the edible portions, including not more than 5% of fruit with worm holes.(2) It is unlawful to offer produce for sale in closed containers that are labeled with the brand of another grower, packer, or shipper, without permission from the grower, packer, or shipper.Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2022-16, effective 8/1/2022
